Every employee completing a Core Health health check receives their own personalised health report.
Rather than simply being given a collection of measurements, employees receive a clear summary of their screening results, helping them understand what has been measured, what their results mean and areas of their health they may wish to focus on.
Where appropriate, the report can also support recommendations for lifestyle changes, further monitoring or follow-up with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Individual health reports remain confidential to the employee and are not shared with their employer.
Enhanced Screening — Phlebotomy & Full Blood Testing
Organisations looking to provide a more comprehensive health assessment can commission onsite phlebotomy and laboratory blood testing as an additional service.
This allows Core Health to incorporate a broader blood-testing panel into the employee health assessment, with samples collected onsite and sent for appropriate laboratory analysis.
The exact testing panel can be agreed as part of the employer’s health programme and selected according to the purpose of the screening and clinical appropriateness.
Employees receive their results alongside appropriate clinical interpretation and recommendations for any necessary follow-up.
Phlebotomy and laboratory testing is an enhanced service and is available at an additional cost where commissioned by the employer.
