Remote consultations are included within our Workforce Health Partnership plans, giving employees a simple route to professional healthcare from home, work or wherever is most convenient.
Whether an employee needs support with a new health concern, an existing condition or their medication, Core Health provides a clinically led service designed around the realities of the working day.

Core Health consultations are delivered by appropriately trained pharmacist prescribers registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Our prescribing clinicians combine clinical assessment with specialist medicines expertise, allowing them to assess symptoms, review medication and, where clinically appropriate and within their professional scope of practice, prescribe treatment.
Every consultation is approached individually. Clinical decisions are based on the employee’s presentation, medical history, current medication, relevant investigations and recognised evidence-based guidance.

Remote consultations are delivered using Semble, our secure clinical platform.
Semble supports the digital delivery of Core Health consultations and clinical record keeping, helping us provide employees with a professional and streamlined healthcare experience from booking through to consultation and follow-up.
Employees can access their consultation remotely using a compatible device, making professional healthcare easier to fit around work and everyday life.

Employers do not receive an employee’s individual consultation notes, diagnoses, medication information or other confidential clinical information.
Where reporting forms part of a Workforce Health Partnership, information is provided at an anonymised and aggregated level, helping organisations understand utilisation and broader workforce health trends without compromising individual confidentiality.
